Physical Therapy Lectures and Screens

Choose a specific topic of interest on healthy movement for the 50 minutePhysical Therapy Lecture, then, schedule a Physical Therapy Screening followup., 1:1 for 30 minutes each.

Previous Physical Therapy Lecture topics, include core control for dancers, kinesiology for ballet dancers, postural alignment and power, foot wear and foot pain, stretching styles and techniques, sciatica and you. You can tailor your topic to your groups needs and interests. Juliana is an experienced and engaging speaker.

A sign-up sheet directs people to a 30 minute Physical Therapy Screen. For just $30.00 and 30 min, an individual is able to discuss a personal motion issue, 1:1, w a highly skilled Physical Therapist.

During the 30 min PT Screen, the individual (runner, dancer, yogini, etc) can identify a problem or issue, such as "my knees hurt when I jump", "I can't get the power that I want", "I have this pain that gets worse with activity", "why is this leg harder to stretch and not as flexible?".

A brief PT Screen is performed and a “problem/solution” in laymans terms is provided.Usually, there is time for a "take-away", such as taping a body part, a brief intro to a particular stretch, or a recommendation on how to get healthier, painfree movement.

Clients find the PT Screen to be a significant benefit to improving healthier, painfree motion. Furthermore, there is no hassle with obtaining physician referrals, or dealing w insurance restrictions or high medical costs.
